Enroll in our 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh at Rishikesh Yog Kendra. Rishikesh is commonly known as the "Yoga Capital of the World." The students will spend their time at the school learning the art of mastering Asana, perfecting Pranayama, practicing Meditation, and learning Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, and Physiology. The school also offers 100-Hour, 200-Hour, and Aerial Yoga TTC courses. The students will stay in serene environments and have three healthy satvic meals a day. As part of the learning process, the school takes the students on a tour of the Kunjapuri Temple, The Beatles Ashram, Parmarth Niketan, Vashishta Cave, and the sunrise points, so that they can experience the spiritual side of the place.
