Random Drops: Distilled Mood can drop from Delirium enemies in the Ultimate Delirium map, which makes it a rare item tied to high-level, endgame content. If you’re running Delirium maps, you might get lucky and find the Distilled Mood from one of these enemies.

Currency Exchange: If you prefer a more reliable option, you can purchase Distilled Mood from Alva in your Hideout’s Currency Exchange. Be cautious, as cheap Path of Exile 2 Currency Monsters in maps accessed with an Infused Waystone will not drop Distilled Mood, so you won’t be able to obtain it in every area of the game.
