Russian agricultural producers are currently inclined to invest in the renewal and maintenance of existing equipment rather than to purchase new or used equipment. This is evidenced by the result of the analysis, which was carried out jointly by the AA-P platform (www.aa-p.ru) and Avito.Ru. There is a certain inclination to increase the effective service life of agricultural machinery: farmers have begun to handle it with more care, naturally, the need for spare parts and timely maintenance is increasing. According to the Avito.ru portal, this year the demand for agricultural parts has increased seven times compared to last year, and the supply has increased almost 11 times. The top five cities with the greatest increase in demand for spare parts for agricultural machinery included settlements from regions with a dynamic agricultural sector.

According to analytics selected from Polya, there is an increase in the interest of agricultural producers in spare parts for agricultural machinery this year by 6.5 times. Customers are now prioritizing a convenient and therefore safe method of ordering spare parts online. Therefore, it becomes clear who is the supplier of spare parts, and at the same time, full support is provided, starting with the selection of goods and ending with the dispatch of the purchase. In addition, leasing of agricultural machinery is in trend, the demand for it is growing seven times from year to year, especially taking into account the support of the state.

Based on the information selected from the Avito portal, at the start of 2025, over 120000 offers for the sale of spare parts for agricultural machinery in the Russian Federation were presented on the site. From this selection, about 117000 ads concerned the sale of brand new spare parts. Extremely popular positions throughout Russia in 2024 were booths, bodies, attachments, platforms, as well as parts of hydraulic systems. The director of the thematic section "Spare Parts" on the Avito.Ru platform says that against the backdrop of the course towards import substitution, the agricultural sector is showing unrestrained growth and feels a constant need for machinery, components, equipment and specialists.

Earlier, Rosspetsmash reported a reduction in the supply of tractors to the Russian Federation this year. Based on the data of the Ministry of Agriculture, during this year, Russian agricultural producers reduced the level of orders for key types of agricultural machinery. Some believe that this trend will remain significant this year.
